RETURNS
We currently only allow returns if you receive wrong items or wrong sizes for apparel in your order. In case of a replacement, one will be sent only after we have received the initial order.
REFUNDS
Refunds are accepted on damaged orders or bad prints. This includes orders damaged during shipping/manufacturing. In case of a refund, customers will also have an option to request new items at no additional cost. Refunds will include all costs except for any customs paid by the customer
CANCELLATIONS
Customers can cancel orders only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the product/s have been shipped, The customer will not be able to cancel their orders.
Shipping and Delivery
Pantsless Tables merch is shipped to all parts of the world. All orders placed will be shipped within 2-4 business days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For orders within India, please expect delivery within 1-2 weeks. For orders outside India, please plan for a delivery time of 1-2 months including customs and other delays.
At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control. In cases like this, we request your cooperation as we do our best to get you your items in time. We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our sole discretion in cases where it might take longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable, and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
Currently we only have one fulfillment center for shipping so you will get all your items together. However, as we expand it is possible you get multiple packages with your orders so we can provide you with the best quality products in the least amount of time.
